Monthly On-Line Packages (can be used anytime within 1 year of purchase)

  • $300/month for 3 months (Includes exercise, sets, reps and rest time)
  • $250/month for 6 months (Includes exercisee, sets, reps and rest time)
  • $200/month for 12 months (Includes exercise, sets, reps and rest time)

Customized Meal Plans

  • Meal Plan 1:  10-20lb Weight Loss (typically a 3 month plan) No Extra Charge
  • Meal Plan 2:  20-40lb Weight Loss (average 5-7 months) No Extra Charge
  • Meal Plan 3:  More Than 40lb Weight Loss (average 6-12 months) $75 One Time Charge

Contest Prep Plans

  • ​​Bikini/Figure/Wellness $150 Upfront (plus monthly recurring training and/or meal plan charge)
  • Physique/Bodybuilding $30​0 Upfront (plus monthly recurring training and/or meal plan charge)
~First time competitors may require a 6/month plam minimum depending on current level of conditioning
